Returns

If you are not happy with any of your purchases from our site, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods, but please contact us first. On the condition that all goods returned are received in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, your credit/debit card will be credited with a full refund (including the cost of outgoing postage & packaging if Fendow are at fault).

If you wish to return goods for credit which were sent out correctly by us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee. This will normally be the cost of sending the goods out to you, plus the cost of return and a small administration fee of £5.00.

Refunds

Fendow will make your refund back via the original payment method, so we won’t need to ask for any card details from you.
