My order is incomplete
If you have ordered a curtain pole, they are usually sent out in a couple of boxes. One long box containing the pole(s) and the other the finials, brackets and rings if ordered. Sometimes the two parcels become split in the courier's network and are delivered on different days. If your order is incomplete please email as soon as possible at customerservices@fendow.com and we check that the other items are on their way.
Curtain tracks are despatched via courier from our wholesalers and any spare parts are sent out from us via Royal Mail. We do this because a lot of parts are supplied in large quantities so we hold the stock and send out only what you need.
